Investment Policy
It is proposed that the Fund will achieve its investment objective from a diversified portfolio of unit trusts and portfolio bonds marketed by the major investment houses.
For those investors requiring an income yield, the fund will purchase stainless steel tank containers and distribute the income earned. It is believed that by focusing on the second hand market, and by having access to investment funds, that better than average returns in this segment of the investment market can be achieved.
Investment opportunities will be identified by the Investment Manager and its advisers.
Tank containers will be obtained by managing relationships with the major container lease companies, as well as by relationships with intermediaries active in the industry.
